PENNSYLVANIA, September 24 - (iii) Solicitors employed by the municipality.

(iv) Engineers employed by the municipality.

(2) Share all will-serve letters from water, sewer,

electric and fiber infrastructure organizations showing

available resources dedicated to this project. Each letter

shall show:

(i) available infrastructure of the data center

facility; and

(ii) any impacts on water, sewer, electric and fiber

infrastructure of local residents.

(b) Definitions.--As used in this section, the following

words and phrases shall have the meanings given to them in this

subsection unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

"Data center." A facility or group of facilities that is

used to house and operate equipment that:

(1) receives, stores, aggregates, manages, processes,

transforms, retrieves, researches or transmits data; or

(2) is necessary for the proper operation of equipment

that receives, stores, aggregates, manages, processes,

transforms, retrieves, researches or transmits data.

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
